Tournament Champion System - TD Commands

The new tournament champion system will allow winners to be highlighted throughout the day with a global announcement.  In order for the system to work, TDs will need to let the server know the winner(s) of the event with new commands.

Important: This has to be done before the event closes. You can find your event ID by looking at the top of your lobby window where the Event ID # will be displayed after your event name. If your event closes, the command will no longer work.


!TDCHAMPADD eventID playerName

This will add a winner to an event based on the event ID.  Please note that the champion  MUST be applied before the event closes.  Once the event closes, the champion may no longer be set.

If there are multiple winners,  the command will need to be issued multiple times, one for each winner.

Please only add the first place winners for events.

Duplicate and Poker tournaments will be automatically set by the bot, tournament directors do not need to issue winners in these two instances.

Example:
!TDCHAMPADD 12345 Bob

!TDCHAMPVIEW eventID

This will show all winners applied to an event.

Example:
!TDCHAMPVIEW 12345


!TDCHAMPCLEAR eventID
This will clear all winners applied to an event.  Use this when you mess up and just need to start all over.

Example:
!TDCHAMPCLEAR 12345
