Harassment, Cheating and Bullying

If you witness, or are a victim of cheating accusations, harassment and/or bullying, please take a screenshot (or multiple) and send it to pokah@mysticisland.net and ldyice@mysticisland.net. Taking a picture with your smartphone will work too.

Going forward, we will have a zero-tolerance policy on disruption of the lobby and also via private messages. If a player is sending you unsolicited messages that makes you uncomfortable, please send those to us as well. These include:

-Making sexually suggestive remarks
-Recruiting for other sites
-Making unsolicited derogatory comments about Mystic (miserable people love spreading their venom of unhappiness, we'll be glad to help them find a happier place)
-Accusing you/your partner of cheating (some people just can't stand losing)
-Asking for personal information such as your credit card, phone number, etc.
-Belittling you because of your play style (too slow, too aggressive, etc).

Mystic Island does offer an ignore list option which you can place the player on. But we'd rather know when these things happen, so please be sure to send them in. Your submissions will remain confidential.

If you do suspect players of cheating, send us their name and we can review their game history. It is much easier to catch them when they don't think others suspect them. Plus, it just causes a big ole' fight in the lobby when you call them out. Those are never fun.
