Spades Ladder Room Player Substitution Adjustments

This was implemented in Pinochle a while back however it was discovered we lacked it in Spades, where subbing happens rather frequently.

As of today's update, a player who subs will get credit for the win. However, if the subbing player loses, the ORIGINAL (i.e. the player who left) player will get the penalty for the loss and the subbing player's record will remain unchanged.

This change is there to reward the player who fills in to help a game and makes sure a player who quits never gets the credit.
